About me

Whether you are looking for a safe space to process life’s challenges or seeking a supportive partner for your professional supervision, I’m glad you’re here.

Ever since completing my Master in Counselling at Waikato University in 2008, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults, young people, and couples through many of life’s transitions. My background spans teaching, workshop facilitation, therapeutic group facilitation, anger management support, diversity and inclusion and Family Court mediation. These experiences continuously shape my compassionate, collaborative, and practical approach to both counselling and supervision.

I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming environment where people of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, genders and life experiences feel safe, respected, and valued.

As a fully accredited member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) since 2008, I provide ethical and grounded care, supported by ongoing professional development and regular supervision.
